  • In the event that your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please visit "My Account" section on our website to view the delivery status of your order to check if the delivery address is correct. Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your order to the address indicated on your Order Confirmation.
  • You are most welcome to email us if you need any further assistance regarding your late delivery.
  • Please be aware that when no one is at the delivery address Australia Post will leave a card for you to pick-up your parcel from your local Post Office.
